Affiliate grants Natural Stacks Inc global permission and the unrestricted right to use Affiliate's name and likeness in photographs, videos, websites, testimonials and any of its publications without payment or any other consideration. All photographs and video taken of Affiliate during an Event, in performance of the Services or provided by Affiliate to Natural Stacks Inc, and any testimonials provided by Affiliate, shall be property of the Natural Stacks Inc. Affiliate expressly authorizes Natural Stacks Inc and Natural Stacks Inc clients to use such photographs, video and testimonials in global advertisements and promotional media without further compensation to Affiliate. Affiliate waives her rights to ownership of such photographs, video and testimonials and shall execute a formal release upon request of the Natural Stacks Inc. Affiliate irrevocably authorizes Natural Stacks Inc to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish and distribute any such photographs , videos and testimonials. Affiliate waives and releases any claims he or she has or may have in the future arising out of the Natural Stacks Inc or Natural Stacks Inc's client’s use of name or likeness in photographs, videos, websites, testimonials and/or any publications.   

All written and digital content created for the Natural Stacks brand will be compliant with FDA and FTC dietary supplement product marketing regulations. The written and digital content created for the Natural Stacks brand will not use disease claims, health claims, drug claims, or any other type of impermissible claim--only permissible claims such as structure function claims and qualitative claims are permitted. Content creators will review and utilize the Natural Stacks marketing guidance document for examples of impermissible dietary supplement product marketing claims as well as examples of accepted dietary supplement product marketing claims. Natural Stacks reserves the right to review and edit for regulatory compliance all written and digital content created for the Natural Stacks brand prior to publication.
